Healthcare Highways has not confirmed the incident, and no formal notification has been issued. Class action firms have opened investigations into the possible breach, noting that medical network and insurance administration companies aggregate sensitive health and identifying data from many employers and provider groups in one place.

Chaos has been active in 2026, with similar recent claims against office equipment and other corporate targets.
