An extortion group that goes by Deadlock says it breached Kamph, a Lebanese pharmaceutical import, storage, and distribution company that operates as K&A Machmouchi Pharma Holding.

Threat trackers logged the claim on August 20. RansomLook recorded the listing at 12:19 UTC with a description naming the company and its core business, and GalaxyWarden rated the claim high severity while marking it unverified. The group has not published sample files, and Kamph has not publicly acknowledged an intrusion.

Kamph’s role as a drug distributor puts it in the middle of the pharmaceutical supply chain in the Middle East, a position that makes any compromise a supplier risk for hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies that depend on its products. Stolen logistics, order, or customer data can be leveraged for fraud, and operational disruption could delay medicine deliveries.

Health systems that source from distributors should review their vendor risk programs in light of the claim and watch for signs of credential reuse or suspicious order activity from partners. As with all leak-site listings, the claim remains unconfirmed until Kamph or an independent investigation verifies it.
