Proliance is a physician-owned network that brings together hundreds of independent surgeons across dozens of specialties, including orthopedics, general surgery, and sports medicine, and operates clinics and surgical centers throughout the Pacific Northwest. Data tied to the group’s domain in Hudson Rock infostealer logs lists two compromised employees and four compromised users, a signal of credential exposure that predates and is not necessarily linked to the extortion claim.
The listing is unverified, and Proliance has not issued a public statement. Two independent trackers carry the same victim and date, but neither shows proof-of-access material.
