Ransomware.live logged the posting the same day and GalaxyWarden now carries a matching entry for evergenbio.com. Evergen has not confirmed any intrusion, and the group has published no proof beyond its own claim.
Evergen is a contract development and manufacturing organization focused on regenerative medicine. It produces allograft and xenograft biomaterials for surgical use, supplying OEM partners whose clinical work spans plastic and reconstructive surgery, sports medicine, orthopedics, neuro and spine, and cardiac procedures. A haul of that size from such an operation would concentrate proprietary process documentation and donor-tissue records rather than standard patient files.
The listing extends Chaos’s recent run on care-adjacent targets. The group claimed a 235 GB theft from a Texas health network in early August and posted an Ohio physician group serving 500,000 patients later that month, as covered on this site in previous roundups.
For hospitals and device makers, the episode is a reminder that tissue and implant suppliers sit deep in the surgical supply chain. A confirmed compromise at Evergen could ripple into OEM quality documentation and, for some programs, patient-adjacent records.
